What is KisanHub's SLA Policy?

  1. Our support agent will respond to any Urgent and High priority query in 20 mins.
  2. Our support agent will respond to any Medium and Low priority query in 45 mins.
  3. Resolution time for Urgent and High priority query is 24 and 36 hours respectively. Medium priority query will be resolved in 4 days, while as Low priority query will be resolved in 8 days.
